As far as sailing vacations go, the Inside Passage is one of the most stunning and scenic locations in BC. Johnstone Strait is a narrow passage of water between Campbell River and Telegraph Cove which starts at the northern end of the Discovery Passage - it is also a part of the Inside Passage.
Although during the summer months Johnstone Strait is a busy passage for cruise ships en-route to Alaska, there are a number of channels and islands which offer protected and safe moorage for sailing enthusiasts!
